I ran a series of posts about the effect that real-time is having on documentation. Real-time is, of course, changing everything, and impacts documentation as well. As part of research, I tested some procedures in Twitter to see what would happen. The emphasis was on dealing with a “crisis” situation – one in which immediate action was required.
