We can help with setting up and managing an online community. This includes Twitter feeds, Twitter chats, Facebook pages, and blogs. It takes time to build a community. We know; we’ve been doing so since May of 2009. In that time, this blog has received some recognition and accolades, and the Twitter feed has also met objectives.
We’re always looking into new methods for completing tasks, and continually roll out new features and processes.

This is a focus on writing documentation and other materials to facilitate reuse. It’s a different way of writing than traditionally done in the past. The focus is on writing generic content as much as possible, and folding in specific information as needed.
More time is required up front for analysis and planning. You have to review all expected uses of the content as well as the varied modes of access. With changes in technology such as use of mobile devices, it’s a fast-moving, fluid situation. While the analysis phase is longer, the time is well-spent, as it expedites the process overall.
We can design clear, concise documentation that is pleasing to the eye and created with usability in mind. This includes creating XSL files that incorporate HTML design features as well as XML programming options for content access and display. We’re comfortable working with the code to produce clean files that can be reused, and know what’s happening under the hood with HTML and XML.
